No one chooses to be a refugee. But you can choose to help. There are currently over 120 million people in the world who have been forced to leave their homes. About half of them are children, and 86% of the displaced people live in poor countries. People living as refugees are often left out of the services of societies and their rights are trampled upon.
With the funds raised, we support those who have fled by strengthening their fundamental and human rights and providing training on e.g., literacy, professional skills, entrepreneurship, and agriculture. One of our core missions is to strengthen the most vulnerable people, such as victims of gender-based violence, people with disabilities, and single-parent families.
